Start by mixing the ice cream and the whipped cream together until smooth and creamy.

Step Two: Add to the crust

Once everything is mixed well, you’ll want to add the creamy mixture to the chocolate pie crust. To get it even, give the pan a little tap on the counter and that will settle the creamy mixture fast.

CAN I USE ANOTHER TYPE OF CRUST FOR THIS MINT PIE RECIPE?

Absolutely! I like a good chocolate crust, but I would think that an Oreo crust would taste amazing as well. Just make sure it’s a crust that you don’t have to bake because this is a no-bake pie!

      Hi Linda,
I haven’t calculated the WW points for the recipes on our Christmas site. WW is rolling out a new feature soon where we can upload the URL (website link) to any recipe and the app will calculate the points. I can’t wait for that feature to be here. It will be perfect for these recipes.
