HOW LONG DOES NON-ALCOHOLIC EGGNOG LAST?
You’ll need to keep it in the fridge once it’s made. As long as you store it properly, it should last for 2-3 days. I would recommend stirring it each time before drinking it again.
I store my leftovers in a container with a lid. I can then use a scoop to get some out and pour it into a glass. You can also store it in a pitcher with a lid, too.

You’re going to love the flavor of this simple eggnog recipe. Just make it and enjoy every sip!
Step One: Mix the Ingredients
Mix 3 cups of milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil then reduce to low and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step Two: Whisk Ingredients
Grab a bowl and whisk 4 eggs and 2 egg yolks until frothy. Add in 1 cup of hot milk and whisk slowly. Add the egg and milk mixture back into the pan and whisk. Put on medium heat and whisk until thick. It should coat the back of the spoon once it’s ready to be done.
Step Three: Remove from heat
Take off the heat and strain.
Step Four: Let come to room temp
Cover the mixture and let it cool down to room temperature.
Step Five: Add cream
Mix in the vanilla and cream.
Step Six: Chill
Put in the fridge and chill for 4 hours.
Step Seven: Serve
Enjoy with grated nutmeg and a topping of whipped cream.
