Easy Christmas Cake Mix Cookies that will surely be loved by everybody!

Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or the amount listed on the back of the cake mix box
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs or the amount listed on the back of the cake mix box
- 1/2 cup Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉. Prepare two large, rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the cake mix, oil, vanilla, and eggs until well blended. Fold in ½ cup of sprinkles. (If the cake mix calls for water, do not use it.)
- Using a cookie scoop, portion the cookie dough into cookies of 2 Tbsp each. If desired, roll the cookies in the remaining sprinkles. Place the cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheets about 1 to 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until the cookies are set on the edges. Remove the baking sheet and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes prior to removing to cool completely on a wire cooling rack.
- Cool completely prior to storing in an airtight container.
