Easy Christmas Grinch Bark Candy
This easy Christmas Grinch Bark Candy recipe is so simple to make and the bright colors will add a festive touch to your table.

Ingredients
- 2 cups bright green candy melts
- ¼ cup red candy melts
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup crushed peppermints
- ¼ cup Grinch-ish sprinkles
Instructions
- Line your baking dish (9x9 or 9x13 inches) with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray, if desired.
- Place bright green candy melts and ¾ tbsp coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each increment until melted and smooth.
- Pour green melted candy into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Place the red candy melts and remaining coconut oil in a second microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each increment until melted and smooth.
- Drizzle over the green melted candy and lightly run a knife or spatula through it to swirl the two together.
- Sprinkle the peppermints and sprinkles over the melted candy, then place in the fridge for about an hour.
- Remove from the fridge then remove parchment paper from the pan, dropping the parchment paper onto the counter a couple of times to break the bark up. Then serve and enjoy!
